The article by Garret Hardin “Lifeboat Ethics” is about the case against helping the poor. This article consists of lots of questions by writer. First question is “Do we all have an equal right to an equal share of the Worlds resources and then the writer arose an issue of controlling people and about power because writer wrote that the UN has little power and controlling is becoming hard. Furthermore, the text is about the poor and rich nations. By this extract of a text there comes out the question about sharing wealth. Writer makes texts more imaginary like transferring reader to the future consequences of sharing wealth. “What we should do if people’s need is a lot but we don’t have enough, if there is only exceeded number of place? According to what criteria we should choose to share with people?”
In the next texts, article is about the rich and poor people about the difference in prosperity between them and this is because of the dwindling resources of the earth. Lately, writer mentioned about the ration, deeply about the immigration to rich countries like US. In this, extract writer uses imaginary scene like “If US will share its resources with 7 more countries what will be in the doubling to a population. Will the Americans share the available resources with more than 8 people?”
Furthermore, the writer wrote about the Tragedy of Commons. This is about the people, who refrains from overloading the common is a mutual ruin and if there were no control, what would be the each of us if we were not using the corresponding responsibility to protect the commons. To add to it, writer gave an example of past US program called “World Food Bank” which had consequences as political push in US. Writer wants to say if it is a solution to our all questions we should ask would it be harm or good for us.
To put on a nutshell, the writer in the next texts wants to solve problems as segregation to poor and rich people and their sharing, and arose a question “Do we have to rescue each time ? Will they know the value lately or will they withdraw is it good what we are doing?..” This questions is generally about the Population Control, Food Bank all of the activations have to be well systemized and checked each time strictly and writer is asking would it be in real like this. However, writer is mentioning that the demand by outsiders will be outnumber if there isn’t any control.
In the last 3 text extracts the questions are about the Immigration, policy and the growing population. The question itself is about how the country, might practically and constitutionally close its doors to the future migration.
Generally, Writer grapples with real and pressing problems of over population and hunger. Additionally, mentions that if the replacement of the system of the commons with a responsible system of water, land, air, and oceanic fisher’s will save the earth
To make a long story short this article generate for me the global issues which inhabitants of the earth are not aware of them.

Hi J K,
After reading your comments here, it crossed my mind that the writer built his article on a set of questions on the grounds of hunger and overpopulation. Almost each section of the article is written with discussing those questions. They, in turn, lead us to the writer's main claims.
The first time I read "Lifeboat Ethics" was when we had RWCT course with our teacher. Then we were asked to come up with solutions to these problems (for example, overpopulation, hunger, and unemployment etc.)This task enabled us to tackle the questions that text generated for us.
